One of the oldest museums in north-west Russia. Its collections, comprising around 160,000 items, reflect the nature, archaeology, history and traditional cultures of Karelia as well as the history of Petrozavodsk itself.

A Glimpse of the Ancient World;
Kalevatar;
From Three Hundred Years Up;
The Hall of the Noble Assembly;
Charles Gascoigne at the Olonets mining and metallurgical enterprises (1786-1806).

10:00 - 17:00
Monday closed.

Pricing information:
Entrance fee for foreign visitors for all exhibitions: 100 roubles, for temporary exhibition: 50 roubles.
