The basis of the museum’s collection is formed by contemporary Russian works of art. Presently, there are more than 4 thousands units of storage in the museum.
There is a permanent exposition “Russian fine art of 18-20 centuries", which represents painting, graphic arts, sculpture and arts and crafts from the collection of the museum. New temporary exhibitions are opened every month.
Presently, five sections are functioning in the museum: fund section, scientific and exposition section, development section, preservation of the historical and cultural heritage of the Murmansk Region section.
Opening time:
11.00 - 18.00.
Closed: Monday, Tuesday.
